Who we are

PropertyPrompt is run by Alexander Ryall, who is responsible for your information under this policy. In this policy, “we” and “us” mean Alexander Ryall. For anything about your data, contact us.

What we collect

Your email, how you sign in (provider or passkey), your sessions and your account role. If you sign in with a provider, we keep its ID for your account and the sign-in tokens it gives us, but not your name, username or photo there. We also store the properties you create, their history, the images you upload and basic request logs, which can include your IP address and browser. Passkeys never share your fingerprint or face with us.

Why we use it

To sign you in, show your properties and apply changes from your assistant — and to keep accounts secure and fix problems. We also monitor account activity to run the service and to enforce our fair usage policy.

What you make public

Properties are private until you make one public. When you do, you choose a username, which becomes part of the address and is shown to anyone who opens the link. That property, its rooms, its images and its product list are then visible to anyone with the address, and it is listed on your public page, which anyone who knows or guesses your username can see. Your email address is never shown there. Public pages ask search engines not to index them, which most respect, but they are not secret: treat a public property as published. Switch sharing off at any time in the browser and the link stops working. Changing your username moves your page and stops the links you have already handed out; the old name stays reserved to you so nobody else can take it.

Services involved

PropertyPrompt runs on Cloudflare, which provides hosting, storage and email. We use Cloudflare Turnstile on contact and email sign-in requests to prevent spam and automated abuse. It processes browser and device signals under the Cloudflare Turnstile Privacy Addendum. Data is stored in Western Europe. We use Cloudflare Web Analytics to count visits and pages, with country, referrer and device type; it does not use cookies or track you across sites. If you sign in with Google or Discord, that provider handles the sign-in under its own policy. Assistants you connect see only what you authorize. Your properties need your account to open unless you make one public, as described above; the homepage’s apartment 1703 showcase is public the same way. Administrators can access properties to run the service.

Our Discord community

When you sign up with Discord or connect it on your Account page, we ask whether you’d like to join the PropertyPrompt Discord server, and you can join later from your Account page if Discord is connected. If you say yes, Discord asks you to let PropertyPrompt add you to a server. We use that permission only to add you to ours, when you ask, and our Discord bot sends Discord your Discord ID and that permission to do it. Once you’re in, what you share there is handled by Discord under the Discord Privacy Policy and is visible to the server’s members; PropertyPrompt doesn’t copy it. Leave the server at any time in Discord. Closing your account deletes our copy of the permission, as does disconnecting Discord from your Account page once you have another way to sign in. You can also cancel it at any time under Authorized Apps in Discord’s settings.

How long we keep it

Closing your account ends access straight away, removes your sign-in methods and stops your public links. One month after you close it, we delete all of the account’s data: its email, properties, uploaded files, history and activity records. Your username stays reserved so nobody else can take it. A later registration starts a separate account. Deleting an individual property only hides it from your list and keeps its history until the account is closed. Temporary uploads and expired sign-in records are cleaned up automatically. To have your data removed sooner, ask us.

Contact messages

The contact form emails us your name, reply address and message, plus your account email if you’re signed in. Messages aren’t stored in PropertyPrompt itself. We briefly keep a hashed counter to stop spam.

Cookies

We only use essential cookies to keep you signed in and secure. No advertising or tracking cookies.

Your data

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time through Contact. We may need to check the account is yours first.
