Who we are

PropertyPrompt is run by Alexander Ryall. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean Alexander Ryall. To get in touch, contact us.

Your account

Sign in with your email, a sign-in provider such as Google or Discord, or a passkey. A provider can only be used if it has verified your email. Keep your sign-in methods safe. Your account is tied to your email, which can’t be changed in the app.

Your properties

A basic account can have up to five properties at a time. Deleting one frees up a place and can’t be undone in the app. What you upload stays yours; you just let us store and display it so PropertyPrompt can work.

Making a property public

You can make a property public with the Share switch. It then has a web address anyone can open without signing in, and it is listed on your public page at propertyprom.pt/@your-username, which anyone who knows or guesses the username can see. Your username is public; your email is not. Choose the version visitors see: the one you shared, or whatever is current, in which case your assistant’s edits are public as soon as they are saved. Only you or an admin can switch sharing on or off, in the browser — a connected assistant never can. Switch it off and the link stops working, though copies others have already made are out of our hands. Don’t make public anything you don’t have the right to publish, including other people’s plans, addresses or photographs. We may switch off sharing, or block a username, if content is reported or breaks these terms; to report something, use the Report link on the page or contact us.

Assistants you connect

A connected assistant can read your properties and, if you allow it, change them. Check the account and permissions before approving, and review what the assistant does. The assistant has its own terms and privacy policy.

What’s not allowed

Only upload plans and images you’re allowed to use. Don’t upload anything unlawful, try to get into other people’s accounts or abuse the service. We may suspend accounts that do.

Fair use

A fair usage policy applies to every account. We may suspend an account that exceeds it, without notice. If you think your account was suspended by mistake, contact us.

Our Discord community

The PropertyPrompt Discord server is optional and separate from your account. If you sign up with Discord or connect it on your Account page, we offer to add you, and you can also join later from your Account page; nothing happens unless you agree. Discord’s own terms and community guidelines apply there, as do the server’s rules. We may remove anyone from the server, and leaving it or being removed doesn’t affect your PropertyPrompt account.

Products and retailers

Product names and trademarks shown in a property belong to their owners. PropertyPrompt isn’t affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any retailer or brand that appears, and we don’t earn anything when you follow a product link. Furniture in the model is an approximate representation built from published dimensions, not the maker’s own model or images. If you own a brand or design and want something reviewed, use the Report link on the page or contact us.

Accuracy

PropertyPrompt keeps improving, so features may change. A model is only as accurate as the plans and measurements it was built from, so double-check measurements and product details before buying anything or starting building work — this isn’t architectural or engineering advice. Product names, prices and links are researched by your assistant and may be out of date or wrong; the retailer’s own page is what counts. Keep your own copies of anything important.
